A4 closure in Speen

Starting 28 April for around 6 weeks, the A4 in Speen, Newbury will be closed for planned works.
Due to this work some of our buses will be unable to serve their usual route and will be diverted with some journeys will also being retimed.
Details of route changes can be found below:

| 3C | From Thatcham this route will run as normal until Newport Road, where it will divert via A339 and the A34, not serving Speen. It will then return to it's normal route from Nalderhill. The PM journey will run this route in reverse. |
| 3X | This route will start at Newbury Wharf as usual, but will follow the 3 route until it reaches Kintbury when it will continue to the A4 at Kintbury Crossroads, rejoining it's normal route into Hungerford. The PM journey will run this route in reverse. |
| 4 | Following the Sutton Road stop in Speen, this bus will then run along Lambourn Road until Boxford where it will rejoin it's usual route. The journey towards Newbury will run this route in reverse. This route is operating to a slightly different timetable to normal which can be found below. |
| 4A | Following the Hare and Hounds stop in Speen, this bus will run along Station Road and Lambourn Road to Boxford where it will rejoin it's usual route. The PM journey will run this route in reverse. This route is operating to a slightly different timetable to normal which can be found below. |
| 4C | From Lambourn this route will run as usual until The Swan stop in Great Shefford where it will carry on to Boxford running via Lambourn Road and Rood Hill and then carrying on to Speen via Lambourn Road. It will return to it's normal route from Sutton Road. |

An on-demand service will operate between 10.15am and 2.15pm and 5pm and 6pm. To book this, customers should call 01635 519650 between 9am and 4pm, ideally 24 hours or more before travelling.
There will be no shuttle bus service on Saturdays.
