Diversions are in place on the 1A, 1C, 1D, 1E, 4, 4A, 4B, 4C, 6 & 6A because of a traffic light failure. Due to a fault with the traffic lights on Parkway Bridge all inbound services to Newbury are diverting via the A339 & Cheap Street.
